by the way...
I am continuing to add to my China travel posts (cheating with the post-date option blogger provides), most recently I've posted about our stop at the Temple of Heaven and the White Dagoba Temple. I hope to have all my China posts done before I goto Taiwan at the end of the month (!); and will put them in a separate blog under my travel blogs section which I am hoping will continue to grow.

My name is also Grace and I'm a writer.
Just wanted to let you know how much my nieces and nephew(all under age 4) love Dim Sum for Everyone and the Ugly Vegetables.
When we read the books, they point out the different characters and name them after our family members. I think your books are the only ones where they see themselves and their family represented (we are Filipino Americans).
Thank you for that. And I also wanted to offer my condolences.
